Post-doctorate in Management at the Nova School of Business and Economics, Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal. Ph.D. in Management at the École des Hautes Études commerciales of Montreal, Canada. Graduated in Management at the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo, Brazil.
Research and publications focused on cultural entrepreneurship, management education, qualitative research methods, learning, creativity, culture, art, and aesthetics in organizations.
Researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Development and Social Management (CIAGS/EAUFBA) and at the Graduate Center for Management (NPGA/EAUFBA). Experience as a visiting scholar at the Graduate Faculty of Political and Social Science at the New School for Social Research, New York, United States. Editor-in-chief of the journal Organizações & Sociedade – O&S. Holds the CNPq Scholarship for research productivity.
