Understanding the behavior of workers and organizations in learning and entrepreneurial innovation processes and their results allows me to act in a unique and proactive way in the training of managers and in the generation of knowledge applied to the management of organizations.

Ph.D. and Master in Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil. Graduated in Economics at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil.

Research and publications focused on learning in organizational and interorganizational contexts, culture economics, technology management, innovation, and competitiveness.

Researcher at the Graduate Center for Management (NPGA/EAUFBA) and at the Center for Policy and Administration in Science and Technology (NACIT/EAUFBA). Coordinator of the research group ‘Learning, Support, and Contexts’ (EAUFBA). EAUFBA representative on the Academic Teaching Council and on the Higher Education, Research and Extension Council of UFBA. Experience as a consultant in the elaboration of the Salvador 500 Plan (Salvador City Hall).
