Ph.D. and Master in Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil.

Research and publications focused about corruption, accountability, and public administration.

Researcher at the Study Group on Public Management and Organizations (NEGOP) and at the Public Finance Observatory (OFIP). Experience as a professor at Faculdade Anísio Teixeira (FAT) and as a reviewer for journals, such as Revista de Ciências da Administração, Revista Brasileira de Administração Pública and Organizações & Sociedade (O&S).
