Post-Doctorate and Doctorate in Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil. Master in Contemporary Studies in Latin America at the Universidad Computense de Madrid, Spain. Master in Business Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil.

Research and publications focused on social-environmental innovations, global and local environmental governance, corporate social-environmental responsibility, sustainable local development, and social-environmental strategic management.

Coordinator of the research group GpS – Governance for Sustainability and Low Carbon Management. At the Salvador Panel on Climate Change, she is the coordinator of the Resilience Chamber and assistant coordinator of the Innovation Chamber for Sustainability. Collaborator researcher at the UNESCO Chair in Sustainability. ‘Vale-Capes Science and Sustainability’ Award (2014). Coordinator at the Center for Social Responsibility of the Centro Universitário Jorge Amado (UNIJORGE).
