I like to understand psychology and human behavior at work. Through the union of research and practice, people management and work-related issues are fascinating and challenging universes, inside or outside the context of organizations.

Doctorate (2013) and Master (2009) in Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil. Graduated in Psychology at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil.

Research and publications focused on organizational behavior, people management, labor relations, teaching and learning in management and research methods.

Deputy head of the EAUFBA Administration department (2020-2022). Experience as an internal and external manager and consultant in people management in various organizations for over 20 years. Member of the editorial board of Revista Psicologia: Organizações e Trabalho. Member of the scientific committee of the GPR division of ANPAD (2021-2023).
