With each teaching, research and extension action on public care policies for vulnerable populations, we learn collectively and awaken to new perspectives and rationalities of social management. My mission as an academic and citizen is to produce scientific knowledge for the Republican strengthening of the Social Protection System and Public Administration, aiming to guarantee democracy and social justice!
Doctorate and Master in Social Work from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica – PUC-SP, Brazil, with a doctoral internship at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Portugal. Graduated in Administration at the Universidade Federal da Paraíba, Brazil.
Research and publications focused in the field of social management, public care policies, evaluation, management of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS).
CNPq Scholarship in Technological Development and Innovative Extension. Experience as a professor at the Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia (2012-2019) and as president of the National Association of Teaching and Research in the Public Field (ANEPCP, 2020-2022). Member of the Network of Researchers in Social Management (RGS) and of the International Group in Government, Administration and Public Policy (GIGAPP).
