Ph.D. in Political Science and Administration at the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Graduated in History at the Universidade Federal da Bahia.

Research and publications focused on political administration and public administration, public policies, government planning and public budget, socio-territorial development, social management, knowledge management and innovation.

Coordinator of the Professional Master’s in Management (MPA – NPGA/EAUFBA), the Academic and Professional Support Center for Students (NAAPE/EAUFBA), the Program for Applied Studies in Political Administration (PROAP/EAUFBA) and the Center for Conjunctural Studies in Administration (NEC). Member of the editorial board of the Political Administration Collection, of the Electronic Journal of Social Residence and of the Brazilian Journal of Political Administration.
