Ph.D. in Administration at the Universidade de São Paulo. Master in Business Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia. Graduation in Business Administration from Universidade Católica do Salvador and Data Processing at Universidade Salvador.

Research and publications focused on information technology, organizational structure, business process, new business and production models, technologies such as web 2.0 and internet, automation, and the use of technologies in the governmental area.

Representative of the Graduate Center for Management (NPGA/EAUFBA) at ANPAD. Member of the Scientific Committee National Meeting of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration (ENANPAD). Member of the International Information System Association.
