The curiosity that fuels my research is focused on understanding how the historical and cultural background of individuals and organizations explains actions and relationships in organizations. I also look for new methodological paths that help this understanding.
Ph.D. and Master in Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil. Graduated in Administration from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina, Brazil.
Research and publications focused on culture and organizations with an anthropological bias and the behavior of individuals and their relationships in the workplace.
Researcher at Interdisciplinary Center for Development and Social Management (CIAGS/EAUFBA). Coordination experience of the Board of Directors of the Universidade Federal da Bahia (2016-2018). Chief editor of RIGS – Interdisciplinary Journal for Social Management.
