Ph.D. and Master in Administration at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil. Specialization in Systems Analysis at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica, PUC-Rio.
Research and publications focused on teaching and management of interorganizational networks, social innovation, open innovation and science and technology relations with society.
Experience as director of EAUFBA – School of Management of the Universidade Federal da Bahia (2016-2020). Experience as superintendent of technology for competitiveness at the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of the State of Bahia and as executive coordinator of the Parque Tecnológico de Salvador project.
