Research and publications focused in the areas of environmental management and engineering, with an emphasis on governance for sustainability and climate change. The research topics are: carbon market, greenhouse gas inventory, carbon footprint, clean development mechanisms, REDD +, co-benefits projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, resilient low carbon cities, renewable energies, low-carbon economy and clean production.

CNPq Productivity Researcher. Coordinator of the Thematic Chamber Innovation for Sustainability of the Salvador Panel Climate Change of the Municipality of Salvador. Senior Researcher at the research group GpS – Governance for Sustainability and Low Carbon Management. Invited researcher at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM, 2016/2017). Coordination experience of the Graduate Center for Management (NPGA/EAUFBA, 2013-2015).
