Ph.D. in Administration, Master in Architecture and Urbanism, and Graduation in Architecture at the Universidade Federal da Bahia, Brazil.

Research and publications focused on management and organizational studies, exploring various epistemological, theoretical and methodological approaches to organization and management.

Experience as a manager. At the Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), she was deputy coordinator of the Graduate Center for Management (NPGA/EAUFBA) and editor-in-chief of Revista Organizações & Sociedade (O&S). At Faculdades Jorge Amado, she coordinated a Business course. At the Salvador City Hall, she held positions as global plan manager and coordinator of special projects and strategic planning for the administration and the city. She was also an evaluator of new and ongoing programs at the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and a member of scientific chambers at the Research Support Foundation of the State of Bahia (FAPESB). Experience as a consultant: in organizations, in the management development program of the Federal Revenue Service; and in urban planning at the Salvador City Hall. Experience as a technician in architecture and urbanism: in the Fortaleza Metropolitan Train project – METROFOR, and in other projects and plans by UMK Arquitetos; in planning and management advisory services by the Salvador City Hall; and in projects and construction of schools, social centers and other public education facilities by the Government of the State of Bahia; among others.
